Cedric A.
Johnson was born on the Southside of Chicago, Illinois.
He was reared by his mother in the Dearborn Homes
housing projects.
To no
one’s surprise, Cedric graduated from Lindblom High
School in 1981 and Alabama State University in December
1985. After college, he moved to Atlanta. He is a member
of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and Prince Hall F&AM
Masons. He calls Green Forest Community Baptist Church
home and is a member of The Brotherhood Choir. He
founded Scholar Keeper, Inc., a non-profit corporation
based on his belief that to whom much is given, much is
required. This is his tenet, his mantra, his ideology.
He runs this corporation with this additional
principle: Give, and it shall be given unto you; good
measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running
over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same
measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you
again.
Cedric
is a learned person (Scholar) and one who proves each
day that he has genuine and lasting merit (Keeper). He
truly believes that we can always make a difference with
what we know.
